Theme:

New Starters – The Next Generation of Programming

Description:

The aim of this meeting is to provide a relaxed and friendly environment for career-young programmers (with approximately less than five years’ experience working in a programming discipline within the pharmaceutical industry) to gain experience of presenting on topics of interest to programmers early in their careers.

The programme will include informal talks alongside breakout and ice-breaker sessions in order to facilitate discussion and to provide an opportunity to network with those of a similar experience at other companies. Therefore, if you would like to make the most of this opportunity and volunteer to present, then please send a brief description of your proposed presentation to the SDE Chairs, Donald Paterson (dpaterso@its.jnj.com) and Diana Stuart (diana.stuart@veramed.co.uk).

Location:

Janssen Research & Development,
50–100 Holmers Farm Way,
High Wycombe,
HP12 4DP

Thinking of joining PHUSE?

Already a member but not sure how you can benefit?

PHUSE is an expanding, global society with a global membership of clinical data scientists. It requires a large pool of resources to help with its running, and so there are many opportunities for members to become involved. Whether it's chairing a conference, presenting at an event, leading a working group or contributing to the quarterly online newsletter, we are always keen to hear from volunteers.
