Transforming Data Visualization – A Peek into the Future of Clinical Data Analysis

The event had a terrific agenda of presenters that focused on data visualization principals, typical challenges in preparing data, trends toward data standardization and importance of templates for reusability.  Presenters shared efforts made by their organizations to invest in applied data scientists and scalable enterprise level delivery models helping to transform drug development decision making.

Also covered were benefits and features of tools such as Spotfire, JReview, SAS next generation graphics, open source e.g. R, R-Shiny and including a demo of the Spotfire safety review package in the PHUSE code repository in GitHub.

The presenters did a fantastic job helping the audience understand the principals, best practices and future direction of data visualizations for clinical data analysis.
