Theme:

Implementing Standards and Custom-Tailored Solutions
Summary:

This year’s Single Day Event in Frankfurt Germany was another very well received PHUSE event. 74 participants from Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Switzerland and France, including five students took the chance to network, enrich their knowledge and discuss hot topics. A notable number of newcomers were attracted to the event and met with real PHUSE veterans. The broad variety of topics covered in the presentations was very much appreciated.

The breakout sessions were almost too short as conversations and networking was going  very well. Apart from learning a lot, people also had fun!

Presentations:

SAS Drug Development in Action: Efficient Standards Libraries and Study Management Modules Together Called CDMation - Mark Lambrecht, SAS and Peter Van Reusel, Business & Decision Life Sciences
A "How-to-Guide" for Trial Summary 3.1.3 - Nicola Tambascia and Anita Eisberg, Accovion

Already a member but not sure how you can benefit?

PHUSE is an expanding, global society with a global membership of clinical data scientists. It requires a large pool of resources to help with its running, and so there are many opportunities for members to become involved. Whether it's chairing a conference, presenting at an event, leading a working group or contributing to the quarterly online newsletter, we are always keen to hear from volunteers.
