Parking:

Pay and display on-site car parking is available, but spaces are limited and is on a first come first served basis. Alternatively, there are a number of secure, inexpensive car parking options available nearby which are just five minutes' walk away.

Visas:

If you require a visa to travel to the UK, please ensure you allow plenty of time to obtain this.

PHUSE can issue you with a visa letter to submit with your application, detailing the reason for your trip. You MUST have completed your event registration prior to requesting a visa letter.

If you require a letter please contact the PHUSE Office and provide the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Nationality
  • Passport Number
  • Place of Issue
  • Date of Issue
  • Date of Expiry
  • Company
  • Dates of Travel
  • Full Name and Address of Embassy
  • Ticket Type Purchased (if speaker, please provide your paper number and apply before the speaker deadline)

Please note that some Embassies require an original copy of the letter, you will therefore need to factor in time for PHUSE to produce and post the letter to you.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Visa applications can take up to six weeks to process
  • The PHUSE Office require five working days to process a visa letter.
