PHUSE in Pune

On 30th March 2019, PHUSE will be returning to Pune in India for a Single Day Event (SDE). Our host city is located in the western state of Maharashtra, home to the Aga Khan Palace, where visitors can walk through the memorial gardens of Mahatma Gandhi. Visitors to Pune should not be fooled by the staggering architecture because, as the city’s nickname “New India” invokes, there is more than old-world charm to be found here. Pune’s nickname is due to the metropolis’s thriving business and academic sector, which blends spiritualism with modernism.

This time around, the SDE will be led by our Chairs Nikita Agnihotri (GCE Solutions) and Swapna Deshpande (Cytel). Presentations will be based around the event’s theme, Data Science (Past, Present, Future). Discussions will range from how AI is used in clinical research to the evolution of AI in the pharmaceutical industry, and there will be a Q&A panel inviting you to share your thoughts with the Chairs.
