Interoperability and Technology
The healthcare landscape continues to evolve under the influence of ongoing digitalisation, the big data revolution, and the changing behaviour of consumers and patients. In this context, PhUSE has built a strategic initiative called Future Forum, aiming to drive forward the industry thinking on key topics around technology, data, processes and collaboration. Leading themes in this initiative are Interoperability, as a prerequisite for successful data and information exchange, and Technology, as an enabler of innovation. Together, these will form the theme of this PhUSE Single Day Event.
The goal of today is to learn about new concepts, trends and solutions related to Interoperability and Technology in healthcare and clinical research and to exchange ideas and have open discussions, creating value for participants as well as for the PhUSE Future Forum.
Topics that will be covered today are big data, risk-based monitoring, blockchain technology, statistical computing environments, cloud computing, and data conversion frameworks.
Like last year's Utrecht event, which was very well evaluated, we expect this Single Day Event to be successful in terms of content, atmosphere and networking opportunities.
