Speakers and exhibitors will receive a password to allow them to register for the discounted rate.  As PhUSE is a Limited Company in the UK and the event is being held is Germany, German VAT (currently 19%) is chargeable on the  registration fees.

Please note: The conference has been costed in €EURO and all ex VAT prices cheaper than 2009.  The online registration system uses £GBP and the conversion rate is updated every Monday morning.

The full conference price includes:

• Welcome event on the Sunday evening in the Conference Hotel
• Conference attendance on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• Tea(s) / coffee(s) / lunch on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• Monday night PhUSE Event (off venue (transportation included))
• Tuesday evening Cheese & Wine poster session
  

The main conference starts at 9.00am on Monday morning and finishing at 3.30pm on Wednesday afternoon.  There is pre-conference training from 2pm on the Sunday before the conference (for further information, click here).  Conference registration will be open between 4pm and 7pm on the Sunday and again from 8am on the Monday morning.

Non-PhUSE Member will have the cost of membership (£60 + 17.5% UK VAT) added at the time of booking.  Delegates will be automatically enrolled for PhUSE membership until the end of this membership year (31st December 2010) and all the benefits of PhUSE membership will be available from the time of registration until the end of the year.

Rooms are available at the conference hotel Radisson Blu from €145 room only (including VAT) and can be booked when you complete the conference registration process.
