Visas:

If you require a visa to travel to Brussels, please ensure you allow plenty of time to obtain one from your Embassy. 

PhUSE can issue you with a visa letter to submit with your application, detailing the reason for your trip. If you require a visa letter please contact the PhUSE Office and provide the following details:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Nationality
• Passport Number
• Place of Issue
• Date of Issue
• Date of Expiry
  
• Company
• Dates of Travel

An example of a visa letter can be downloaded here. Please note that some Embassies require an original copy of the letter, you will therefore need to factor in time for PhUSE to produce and post the letter to you.
